The gym was small. It only has a few pieces of equipment.

The hotel's complimentary airport shuttle was very convenient. It made my arrival and departure stress-free. The room was quite spacious (i was really surprised). I found the bed to be very comfortable.
The bathroom fan was excessively loud. The sound made it difficult to relax. The towels felt a little rough. The air conditioning unit rattled quite a bit.

the lobby offered warm beverages. the rooms has a pleasant design and the staff was friendly. i also stored my luggage and thats a great service.
the water taps was hot, my young daughter get a little burn on her hand. the bathroom fan don't work. i hear the plumbing bubble and gargle in the tub drain every time i flushed the toilet, that wasn't lovely.

rough towelslate shuttle
The towels were a bit rough (not exactly spa quality, you know?). also, i found the staff a little indifferent. They weren't rude, but not overly helpful either. i booked the shuttle for an early flight. it arrived thirty minutes late, and the driver argued with other guests about their bookings. he seemed more interested in the argument than getting us to the airport (which is not ideal when you are in a rush).

i was super happy with my executive king room. the bed was so comfy. i loved the linens they use! the shuttle ran every half hour and was so convenient. i also noticed that the staff was very helpful and kind.

the airport shuttle arrived on time. it transported me to us customs in thirty minutes.
i emailed the hotel three times to inquire about arrangements before my check-in this august. i never received any reply (.. ) this lack of response feels unprofessional. the front desk staff member was very impatient and had a rude attitude during check-in.
