The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport which operates frequently. my room had complimentary coffee and tea available. i also used the free wifi. It was reliable and fast.
The gym was small. It only has a few pieces of equipment.

airport shuttle convenient shuttle comfortable bed loud fan rough towels rattling air conditioning
The hotel's complimentary airport shuttle was very convenient. It made my arrival and departure stress-free. The room was quite spacious (i was kinda surprised). I found the bed to be very comfortable.
The bathroom fan was excessively loud. The sound made it difficult to relax. The towels felt a little rough. The air conditioning unit rattled quite a bit.

warm beverages pleasant design friendly staff hot tap broken fan bubbling plumbing
the lobby offered warm beverages. the rooms has a pleasant design and the staff was friendly. i also stored my luggage and thats a great service.
the water taps was hot, my young daughter get a little burn on her hand. the bathroom fan don't work. i hear the plumbing bubble and gargle in the tub drain every time i flushed the toilet, that wasn't lovely.

adequate stay, some issues
rough towels late shuttle
The towels were a bit rough (not exactly spa quality, you know?). also, i found the staff a little indifferent. They weren't rude, but not overly helpful either. i booked the shuttle for an early flight. it arrived thirty minutes late, and the driver argued with other guests about their bookings. he seemed more interested in the argument than getting us to the airport (which is not ideal when you are in a rush).

comfy bed great linens helpful staff
i was super happy with my executive king room. the bed was so comfy. i loved the linens they use! the shuttle ran every half hour and was so convenient. i also noticed that the staff was very helpful and kind.

handy spot near the airport
free shuttle coffee machine large shower stall
the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport it ran every half hour i used it early in the morning. the room included a useful coffee machine and a good selection of teas. the shower stall was large and had excellent water pressure i found it really refreshing.

unprofessional staff rude attitude
the airport shuttle arrived on time. it transported me to us customs in thirty minutes.
i emailed the hotel three times to inquire about arrangements before my check-in this august. i never received any reply (.. ) this lack of response feels unprofessional. the front desk staff member was very impatient and had a rude attitude during check-in.
